Building Maintenance unit: Building Maintenance Units (BMU) are required where a regular maintenance of the façade is necessary. The façade of the building is critical while deciding on a BMU. When selecting a BMU the Height and the complexity of the facade is taken into consideration.

The BMU which has swelling action may also have the Luffing and telescoping to make the access to the façade easy, comfortable and safe. All the vertical motions are done by suspended cradles or the winch attached to the top level.

Roof Car :  Roof Car are a different kind of a  B.M.U. which is installed on the roof ( hidden from exterior vision ) .It gives a  flexible and effective access for inspection and maintenance of building exterior.

For passing corners or obstructions on the façade the roof car is equipped with a jib extension. The maximum payload depends on the length of the jib, type of rail and position of front rail. Carrying capacity must always be verified with product information on the nameplate fixed to the roof car chassis.

The roof car doesn't have winches and they are included in the suspended platform. After utilization the rope can be disconnected and the suspended platform can be parked at the ground level or hoisted manually onto the roof. Read More ...


Monorail & trolleys
Monorails are very flexible façade access systems. It blends to the façade of the building and is vey cost effective. It is ideal solution for low to mid rise buildings (max. 80 meter). The monorail with the combination of the suspended cradles is a very lean machine.

The monorail consists of the track and a trolley which a can be Manual or electrically operated.

The monorail tracks are made of special aluminum alloys which may be anodized and powder coated to match the color of façade.

KOT 126 –Internal C small (Also Used Externally)
KOT 118 --- Internal C small (Normally for travesing ladder)


Trolley

The trolleys are zinc sprayed and painted for protection or Hot dipped galvanized(HDG). All other items are suitably protected against corrosion by painting or Powder Coated in RAL colors.

Suspended Cradles
Suspended platforms are ideal for taking People and material to a desired working height and get the job done effectively .They are versatile . and can be used with a lot of machineries  viz. Monorail s, B.MU., Roof cars, davits to name few. The can be powered or manually operated. They can be fitted with restrain socket for added safety These are again of two types permanent or temporary. As the same are made for aluminum they are light and can carry more loads.
