Building Maintenance units (BMU) are required where a regular Maintenance of the façade is necessary. The façade of the building is critical while deciding on a BMU. While selecting a BMU the Height and the complexity of the facade is taken into consideration.

The BMU which has telescopic jib action may also have the
Luffing to make the access to the façade easy, comfortable and
safe.
All the vertical motions are done by suspended cradles or the winch attached to the top level.
The machines are constructed from steel sections, The machines can be hot zinc spray or hot dipped
galvanised (HDG) for anti-corrosion protection. Then spray
painted or powder coated in Ral colours.
